Position Summary: The Senior Analyst, Patient and Access Analytics develops and delivers Site of Care reporting and business insights, with a strong focus on the Patient Services and Market Access teams through custom, data-driven analytical projects. This position will be instrumental in the development and ongoing tracking of management level reports, dashboards, and ad hoc requests. Responsibilities: Support initiatives to build and implement management level reporting/KPIs tracking. Requires expertise in manipulation of large data sets using software such as Microsoft SQL Server. Utilize various data sources including IQvia OneKey, Veeva CRM, claims, sales, internal patient HUB etc. to identify areas of strength and weakness for various internal teams including market access and patient services teams Partner with data government and data management team to continuing to refine SOC database and ensure it is up-to-date with latest account affiliations Execute SOC strategy/KPIS by developing automated reports and generating insights for the team Support SOC marketing with data requests and insights. Knowledge of PowerBI preferred. Reporting and dashboards creating; KPIs tracking, Site of Care cross-tabbed with Payor Performance dashboards. Requires understanding of SQL and PowerBI Merge various payor bridges into standard naming convention Work on Site of Care patient access improvement opportunities segmentation Model Appropriate Site of Care team sizing (utilizing patient forecasts and translate it into Site of Care support) Qualifications and Skills Required: BA/BS required (Masters preferred in technical or analytical sciences) 2-5 years in the pharmaceutical industry or in business analytics consulting including experience in Analytics, Strategy, Business Intelligence and/or Sales/Patient/Managed Markets Analytics Demonstrated proficiency in data management and data platforms (such as Microsoft SQL Server), statistical modeling packages (such as SAS, R and/or Python) and general office productivity software (such as Microsoft Office) Experience in at least one of three visualization tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI or Powerpoint ThinkCell Demonstrated success developing and presenting solutions to complex business situations leveraging novel recommendations supported with thorough analytics Highly proficient analytical and software skills aimed at data analysis Proficient in the use and interpretation of pharmaceutical data including Veeva, Rx, physician and claims level data sets preferred High degree of independence and exceptional work ethic Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong project management skills Professional, proactive demeanor Strong interpersonal skills Our Values Transparency: We value collaboration.
