Responsibilities of maintenance technician:
The maintenance technician is responsible for general maintenance of the property.
- Contribute to site services by focusing on the overall appearance and maintenance of the site.
- Participate in basic inspections.
- Manage records of maintenance activities.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications of a maintenance technician:
- Previous experience as a maintenance technician preferred.
- Critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of basic hand tools
- Understanding of basic math and measuring principles
