Job Description:
- As a Global Marketing Executive, you will support the Global Portfolio Manager in the execution of Strategic Portfolio Priorities, giving you the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with innovative and diverse teams around the world.
- This is a multifaceted position that will require working closely with cross-functional teams to execute key marketing deliverables.
- Support new product set up via the MCE process
- Manage new product and packaging artwork deliverables
- Responsible for sample request and new product mock ups
- Responsible for digital content approvals and ecom data remediation
- Support the execution of portfolio deletes and changes via our portfolio optimization tool
- Responsible for the tracking and reporting of consumer ratings and reviews
- Co-ordinate product claims management (entry & approvals) via our Product Lifecycle Management system
- Contribute to strategic portfolio projects & NPI development as required
- Help response to Area team requests as needed
- Sales data reporting and analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree (any)
- Min 2-3 years marketing experience
- Fluent in English
- IT literacy – Microsoft office (& competency with other IT tools)
- Marketing or business degree (Bachelors or higher)
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross functional teams
- Quick learner who can demonstrate initiative to get things done
- Excellent timekeeping and working to deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once

- Worker primarily uses intermediate coordination/administrative skills to execute marketing programs/tactics, handle requests from the sales force, channel partners and customers, gather, assemble, and analyze secondary industry/market information, prepare market, customer, competitor or other standard reports.
- Participates in efforts to design, develop and implement new or improved projects or processes or to solve problems.
- Assignments are often short to medium-term projects with many projects underway at one time.
- Knowledge of computer programs and corporate systems relevant to the assigned area of responsibility is required.
- Also required are intermediate influencing and communication skills, analysis, and project management skills.
