Job Description:
Job Summary: Responsible for the company’s IT assets and software needs, including ensuring adequate asset protection, inventory, training, and usage
Essential Duties:
- Project manage and coordinate all efforts with our third-party partners (ERP, Infrastructure, and Compliance) to fix bugs, make enhancements and ensure all deliverables are communicated effectively
- Monitoring daily operations, including hardware, software, and all operating systems.
- Provide supplemental support for end user trouble tickets
- Coordinating technology installations, enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance
- Selecting and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software in alignment with refresh policies
- Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations with our third-party IT partner
- Evaluating technology risks and maintaining IT policies, disaster recovery plan and backup procedures
- Coordinate with 3rd party insurance providers on cybersecurity evaluation
- Overseeing the annual IT budget and ensuring efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Telecommunications technologies/systems company wide, including Branch office infrastructure
- Lead IT integration for all acquisitions
- Other duties as assigned

- Expert knowledge of all key operating systems to include VPN/RDP and Microsoft Windows, Office, and Exchange.
- Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, IT security and secure remote access solutions.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or 5-7 years’ experience in lieu of education
· Strong organization and project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
· Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
· Experience in managing cross-functional projects and influencing key stakeholders
· Exper ience in managing IT infrastructure and services
· Experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
