There are two positions we are looking to fill. One for 2nd shift and one for 3rd shift.
Starting Wage - $21-$22 depending on experience/education.
This position will be a process expert spending most of their time on the production floor. The work schedule is Monday - Friday with occasional weekends.. Daily and weekly overtime will be required. In the interviews, more specifics regarding schedules can be discussed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The person in this position will:
- Assist production supervisor in making sure all lines are obtaining performance goals in their department including quality, yields, efficiency, supply waste, etc. The incumbent will be responsible for keeping the sanitation department running.
- Assist production supervisor in determining opportunities to improve overall performance of the department. This may include presenting and acting upon ideas of better work methods or staffing of personnel to maximize efficiencies.
- Carries responsibility for educating new employees on the safety, quality, and process requirements of various positions. This would include training on the personal protective equipment required, machine hazards, forklift traffic, quality specification of products, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple tasks at once.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to analyze quality, yields, and efficiencies and develop continuous improvement opportunities.
- Ability to present effectively to groups.
- Must be able to work on your feet and tolerate work in a climate controlled environment with temperatures ranging from 30-40°F.
Preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak and translate a language other than English
- Multilingualism
- Experience in a manufacturing facility
- Demonstrated proficiency with a PC, Windows and Microsoft Office applications, and ability to learn other computer applications
