Job Description:

The Technology Solutions Department at Horry-Georgetown Technical College is seeking candidates for a full-time temporary grant Business Analyst Title III position. The candidate will be responsible for providing college-wide technical support as it relates to Ellucian Banner and Ellucian Elevate Systems. This position will report directly to the Associate Vice President of Technology Solutions.



Advertised Salary:

$54,974 (Minimum)- $78,343 (Midpoint)



Minimum Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related area and experience in computer system development and modification. Relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.



Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a higher education environment. Experience with Ellucian Banner and Ellucian Elevate systems is desired. Strong programming skills; Proficiency in SQL and/or other programming languages is essential; Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for non-technical stakeholders; Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successful project delivery; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
