With your team-player attitude and attention to detail, you can promote and strengthen the image of HTC through a variety of communications efforts. You will have the ability to become the subject matter expert on an HTC line of business product benefits and features including some technical understanding on how the product works.  

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: 

• Serving as the primary marketing contact with cross departmental communications on LOB operations to develop, recommend and implement product improvements, hardware additions and service enhancements
• Using product research to identify opportunities to improve HTC member experience
• Teaming with Finance to define pricing and promotional opportunities
• Maintaining competitive and industry research to help identify primary messaging on the benefits of HTC LOB versus the competition. 
• Staying informed about consumer trends, industry initiatives, regulatory actions and competitive activities. 
• Understanding and identifying target markets for LOB. While also using analytic and forecasting skills to develop clearly defined goals for LOB 
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the revenues and expenses, cash flow, and other financial aspects of the LOB  
• Creating marketing analyses for projecting subscriber acquisition, campaign results projections, and LOB forecasting  
• Developing and presenting analytical insight and support associated with marketing tactics  
• Using marketing analysis, including (and not limited to): ESRI (ArcGIS and BAO) or related GIS products, PeopleSoft, Business Objects, Google Analytics and the Microsoft Office product suite to evaluate results 
• Develops and executes regular reporting and dashboard KPIs for LINE OF BUSINESS and the Marketing Team. 
• Championing customer service and follow-through for internal and external members 
• Helping drive an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork throughout the Cooperative
