Description
The IT Associate serves as a critical team member of the IT & Ministry Services team, supporting the organizational IT needs.

Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Manager in the management of software platforms used, including antivirus, backup and storage solutions.
- Support staff in the management and execution of Hosanna’s church management system database, currently CCB.
- Assist with all IT procedures, data access protocols, data security and storage infrastructure, backups, and documentation related to our processes and platforms operations.
- Assist with the daily and long-term maintenance of technology environments at all four campus locations.
- Provide daily technical support to the Hosanna staff as needed.
- Collaborate with the Production Team, Facilities, Engagement Teams as needed to ensure all new campus technologies and projects meet expectations and requirements..
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Education/Experience
- HS Diploma/Equivalent- required
- Technical degree or equivalent work experience - required
- IT Experience - 2-5 years required
- Database and data management - 2 years required
Competencies
- Proven ability to work with MACs and other Apple products.
- Understanding of data collection, analysis and best reporting practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
- Effective organizational and multitasking skills with proficiency in MACs and other Apple products, Google Suite, and databases.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands - Schedule will include working evenings, weekends, and extended hours as required by ministry needs. This includes Christmas Eve and Easter.
- Extended standing, walking for extended periods of time.
- Repetitive keyboard and mouse movements requirements.
- May require lifting of up to 25lbs.
A mature faith, a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, commitment to the Teaching Statement and ministries of Hosanna, a signed Hosanna Leadership Covenant, and submission to Biblical authority along with membership in the congregation and worship at Hosanna are required for all employees.
