POSITION SUMMARY Provides direction and leadership for the assigned Department to attain cost, quality, and delivery goals. Manages all available resources. Leads the Department to perform all tasks in the most effective manner while ensuring a quality product is processed according to schedule. Collaborates with cross functional areas to resolve issues with a sense of urgency and set priorities for the team. Ensures proper use of all personnel systems and adherence to all regulatory requirements. Supports Company Operating plan.  PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Communicate (lead by example) Company Mission and Values Learn all aspects of the Department managements tasks and responsibilities Demonstrate support for Company programs through words and actions Maintain fair and consistent application of all Company policies and procedures Develop as the SME for ERP deployment Ensure Department adheres to all Safety requirements and guidelines Ensure Housekeeping/5S is kept at a World Class level daily  Lead the Department to meet all Goals and Objectives Drive the Department to resolve all assigned RFA
