We are growing and need help from compassionate nurses.

Duties & Responsibilities are not limited to:
  • Show up on time to receive a report from the departing nurse.
  • Follow the plan of care according to the RN Case Manager.
  • Promote comfort measures including the use of comfort medications per MD orders.
  • Document at a minimum of one entry per hour on the patient's condition and interventions used.
  • Report time of death to hospice.
  • Provide emotional support for a patient's family.
  • Contact the mortuary and assist with providing emotional support to the patient's family.
  • Get the route sheet signed and submit your route sheet.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Must be able to work in California.
  • Must have an active LVN License in CA.
  • Reliable and flexible.

Job Details:
  • Rate: Per-hour rate for continuous care shifts.
  • The rate differs depending on the experience.
