- As a Hospice Marketer and or Hospice Liason you are very important to us because you will be directly involved with promoting hospice services to the patients who need the services.
- You will be communicating with hospitals, doctors, nursing homes, care managers, assisted living facilities, senior facilities, and families who love and care for these patients.
- You will have the opportunity to make a difference in terminally ill patients' lives by helping them with identifying the hospice that will best serve their needs.
You are invited to apply with us if you have a minimum of three years of relevant experience and have proven method(s) of ensuring a consistent flow of hospice patient referrals. Please only apply if you have an understanding of hospice nursing and how referrals are generated and have an understanding of hospice billing.

- The right candidate will have effective identification methods for determining potential referral sources as well as the ability to communicate to potential clients the things that make our agencies exceptional in the delivery of patient care.
- The best candidates will have pre-existing relationships with high-volume referral sources to be able to quickly demonstrate their capacity to help the increased census.
- The best candidates will be able to achieve or exceed growth and business development goals to help us immediately increase our hospice patient census in each service area. In addition to helping to increase the hospice census, you will be responsible for developing, tracking, and maintaining revenue-producing relationships with referral sources which include hospitals, doctors, nursing homes, care managers, discharge planners, assisted living facilities, senior facilities, and families who are currently serving these patients as well as the communities served by the hospice locations.
- The best candidates will be able to contribute to the growth of each hospice through increased admissions of hospice patients by building, tracking, and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources leading to a sharp increase in hospice patient admissions.
