Hospice in the Pines, Incorporated is a non-profit organization serving families in the East Texas area since 1986. Currently seeking a compassionate nurse to join our growing team of professionals.
Position Available: LVN- Day Shift (7a-7p)
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assumes responsibility for the physical care of the patient in coordination with the physician's orders under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse.
- Provide nursing services, treatments, diagnostic and preventive procedures requiring specialized skills, within scope of practice, and under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assists with coordinating community resources and planning for alternate care when patient can no longer remain at home.
- Low patient to nurse ratio
