Job Requirements
- Minimum 200-hour RYT certificate and teach classes on the schedule
- 1-3 years previous management experience
- Availability to work nights and weekends as to be at the studio during peak hours
- Work a minimum of 40-50 in-studio hours per week
- Hot 8 Yoga to pay 60% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance include up to $500/month.

Grow Community
- Set and achieve sales goals - make 1 sale per shift
- Track retention, conversion, attrition and welcome weekers change welcome weekers to new or first time clients. Company jargon will be taught during onboarding.
- Host 3 30-Day Challenges per year (January, May, September)
- Know all clients names
- Conduct studio Line-ups, Roster Deep Dives and Fond Farewells to create client WOW moments
- Host weekly interviews for TEAM8s (front desk/cleaning/sales team) *twice weekly pre-opening
- Host auditions to build teacher roster *twice weekly pre-opening
- Process all hiring paperwork
- Schedule and oversee new-hire shadow shifts & training
- Conduct quarterly check-ins with staff to discuss performance and employee growth
- Take a minimum of 2 classes per week to build trust and improve teacher quality
- Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs and submitting work order through Service Channel take out the ING
- Oversee inventory and recurring shipments via Order.co
- Evaluate and strategize system improvements to keep the studio clean - including leading by example and doing lots of cleaning
- Host 3-4 Teacher Trainings per Year (January, March, May, September)
- Fill trainings with minimum of 15 clients and staff in each training
- Work with Director of Yoga Education to discuss Teacher Training Lead and Assist candidates
- Attend 4 Teacher Training Lead meetings to complete prep work and track accountability
- Attend weekly manager meetings to discuss continuing education, company growth and studio performance
- Quarterly Performance Standards meetings to discuss KPIs and set goals - take out KPI they don’t know what that is. “To discuss and set goals.”
- Process payroll to ensure budget requirements are met
- Evaluate employee schedules to maximize performance and studio utilization
- Eagerness to develop staff
