The Cheval Brand is looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic team players for Guest Services positions at our boutique hotels in Paso Robles, Hotel Cheval and Stables Inn.
We are service-oriented, and the ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills. You will take pride in making our guests feel as welcome, comfortable, and well cared for as possible. Prior hotel experience is not required, just the desire and motivation to provide an outstanding experience to our hotel guests.

Responsibilities
- Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay
- Take reservations
- Process payments
- Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in
- Guest check-in and check-out
- Assist guests with dinner reservations, itineraries, etc.
- Flexible hours and the ability to work weekends and holidays are required
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer Service Experience a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
- Excellent problem-solving and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
