Come Grow With Us! Pyramid Global Hospitality is an industry leading and growing global hotel management company. We are seeking a Full Time Bellperson to grow along with our company, and to be a part of the culture that puts its people first!
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and offering assistance with luggage
- Transporting luggage to guest rooms
- Informing guests of hotel amenities and services
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work area
- Assisting with special requests and needs of guests, such as arranging transportation or making restaurant reservations
- Providing security for guests and facilities through patrols of the premises
- Opening doors, moving furniture, and carrying luggage for guests upon request
- Registering guests upon arrival at the hotel and checking them out when they leave
- Directing guests to their rooms and answering any questions they may have about the hotel’s facilities and services

Qualifications
- Applicant must have at least 1 year experience in a similar position; this is an asset but not mandatory
- Applicant must have good communication skills and an outgoing personality
- The ability to lift heavy objects is a must
- Must be friendly and courteous
- Must possess the aptitude to learn and upsell all other hotel products to our guest
- Opening the door of the car for the guest in a professional manner at the main entrance of the hotel and assisting to unload the luggage if any
- Extend warm welcome and appreciation to every guest and any customer approaching by greeting
- Having wealth of knowledge in relating to hotel products, events and promotion, playing the role of salesmanship by doing their effort to sell the hotel at each customer contact, to maximize the hotel revenue
- Being responsible for the cleanliness of the counter and the surrounding environment
- Maintain professional image while on duty with well grooming hygiene and prescribed uniform
