What are the responsibilities and job description for the In-Home Product Specialist position at Hotwire Communications?
The In-Home Product Specialist will provide comprehensive product education and training to residential customers in an in-home setting as well as virtual classes and acts as a primary point of contact for product knowledge for both internal and external inquiries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible of all education related trouble calls and virtual classes admin, coordination, and data entry.
- Proactively learn and stay current with all Hotwire products, services, process and procedures as well as the competitive landscape of the industry to be prepared for customer questions and requests in order to compare Fision service with others.
- Coordinate with Launch Account Manager/Launch Team to ensure new customers are properly trained on Fision Home services and features.
- Conduct product demos for new business opportunities and customer education needs that will showcase the Fision product features and benefits.
- Proactively learn and stay current with the competitive landscape of the industry to be prepared for customer questions and request so compare Fision service with others.
- Complete all daily/weekly/monthly reports as requested by supervisor.
- Assist and support all Hotwire divisions with new product demonstrations and internal/external training.
- Assist the Launch Account Management team with action items associated with active launch projects to ensure commitments/deadlines are met.
- Work with the necessary internal departments to complete equipment upgrade/replacement projects.
- Assist with tasks as needed or assigned by the Director of Launch Account Management, the Launch Account Manager Supervisor or Area Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Minimum of High School Education
- Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends and travel through the Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County areas
- Grammatically correct speech (in English), other languages a plus
- Bi-Lingual English/Spanish/French a plus
- Past Sales Experience a Plus
