RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Create and maintain updated timelines and calendars for marketing campaigns.
- Schedule and facilitate regular project status meetings; create meeting agendas and distribute updated status reports after each meeting.
- Compile and process data from sourced lists and merge, purge, dedup and upload to Sales Force and other distribution programs.
- Review and validate lists against current property lists in Sales Force
- Support marketing and launch teams with collateral distribution and inventory management
- Collaborate with marketing teams for updating and printing of collateral
- Coordinates fulfillment for marketing items needed by on-site teams – shirts, signs, banners, car signs, etc.
- Distribute customer communications and messaging via email distro programs
- Maintain and update information within internal data bases as required including website and wiki site.
- Other duties as required or assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Associates degree preferred. Minimum high school diploma or its equivalent required
At least 1 year of Telecommunications or subscription based experience preferred - Familiarity with Sales Force and/or other databases
- Familiarity with email distribution tools and inventory management applications
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong customer service, organizational and analytical and follow through skills
- Basic understanding of telecommunications networking, inside wiring and basic video
