Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Manage client accounts, including contract negotiations, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with technical sales teams to ensure smooth implementation of products or services.
Skills:
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients.
- Strong business development skills with a proven track record of identifying and closing new sales opportunities.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience in account management, including contract negotiations and upselling strategies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Proficient in sales techniques and strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems for tracking sales activities and managing client interactions.
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus.
