Associate Director of Clinical Services

Hour House in Charleston, IL is looking for a Associate Director of Clinical Services. This is a full-time administrative supervisory position responsible for all agency clinical programs.

Responsibilities include community liaison, program development and compliance, drafting policy and procedure, grant writing and associated implementation, deliverables, and report writing. Clinical and Program supervision of program coordinators. This individual will provide Clinical Crisis Consultation to the clinical leadership team requiring off hour availability. Additionally, they will be responsible to interview and recommend candidates for hire and provide oversight of clinical orientation and training. Programmatic troubleshooting, and development will be a key to ongoing growth and sustainment of quality programing. Both licensure and accreditation projects are lead by this individual. Lastly, the Associate Director will represent the agency at the State and Community level which may require overnight travel.

Qualifications include Certification as a Alcohol and Drug Counselor, minimum Bachelors degree ( Masters preferred) and experience as a clinical program coordinator is required of the ideal candidate. Experience in clinical and program supervision, program planning, project management, and policy and procedure development is required. Superior written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
