Psychotherapist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our team. As a Psychotherapist, you will provide therapeutic services to individuals and families to help them overcome emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Your expertise will contribute to improving the overall well-being of our clients.

Duties:
- Conduct individual and family therapy sessions
- Assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and behavioral therapy
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Provide crisis management and intervention when necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation and records
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of psychotherapy

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Valid license or certification as a Psychotherapist
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred
- Proficiency in coding for insurance billing purposes is a plus
- Strong knowledge of medical documentation requirements and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Strong crisis management skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
