Real Estate Sales - Acquisitions Specialist

Compensation: ($2,500/month base 4% Commission per deal Quarterly Bonuses and Salary Increases)

House Hive LLC is a leading real estate investment firm specializing in off-market deals and we are looking for an Acquisition Specialist (Sales Associate) to join our team. We operate primarily in the Louisville metro area and are expanding to the Nashville and Lexington metros. The team is growing at a fast pace and this person will be groomed to take over the purchasing side of the business that supports and sustains this team.
Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to new leads and guide them through the sales process
- Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections and get the deal closed
- Negotiate and secure purchase contracts
- Manage a pipeline of prospects and follow ups
- Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure smooth transaction processes from contract signing to closing
- Qualify colder leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
- Attend regular training sessions to keep enhancing your sales skills
- Maintain and update CRM systems daily
- Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially
- Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate
- Ability to connect with a variety of personalities
- Passionate about selling, enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Strong phone skills and ability to set and close appointments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and team-oriented
- Ability to learn and adapt to real estate-specific CRM and marketing technologies

Performance Expectations:
- Close a minimum of 4-5 deals per month
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to qualify for base salary increases and bonuses
Schedule:
- Monday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Every other Saturday: 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM
