Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by possessing a comprehensive knowledge of all products offered and working with co-workers to deliver excellent sales service
- Meet sales, customer experience, and operational expectations
- Maintain personal and productivity goals
- Establish a connection with every customer by asking open-ended questions to evaluate their needs
- Learn and share knowledge of products and trends to fit customer requirements
- Keep abreast of all product knowledge and upcoming industry/trends
