Showroom Assistant

Job description
You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to laser crafters and hobbyists who visit our showroom. Your friendly demeanor, product knowledge, and attention to detail will contribute to a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate would have a passion for crafting. In addition to managing inventory and ensuring the showroom is well-stocked, you will also assist with customer inquiries and provide support. This role will be scheduled 20/25 hours per week and will be required to work every Saturday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Familiarity with Vinyl Crafting, Sublimation or another similar craft is a plus! Responsibilities:
- Assist with layout design and organization of merchandise displays
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of C02 Lasers, Vinyl Crafting or another crafting skill
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for clear communication with customers and colleagues
- Ability to build rapport with customers to enhance the shopping experience
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
