The role of the Business Development Representative is to help develop and execute the strategic sales and marketing plans for our clients accounts to continue to expand into new markets and territories.
The Business Development Representative will be cross trained to work with the sales and marketing department to plan and support derived business plans outlined by the director of sales and marketing.
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for managing all areas of our business relationships with the key accounts and will work closely with the various business departments to maintain and further develop these relationships.
Responsibilities of the Business Development Representative :
- Maintain and build relationships with key accounts through direct and in person interactions
- Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan for key accounts that meet or exceed sales and margin targets.
- Grow existing product offerings with key accounts while introducing new service opportunities.
- Provide regular interface with customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide direction to the marketing and sales department on marketing opportunities with the accounts to support the sales effort.
- Provide regular sales reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing that accurately capture all sales activity.
