Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting patients at the front desk
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred; optical experience is not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate if there's no pervious experience.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for clerical tasks
- Familiarity with data entry and ability to maintain accuracy
