We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee our property. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our property is well-maintained, fully leased, and generating maximum revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of our property, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective property maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
- Negotiate and execute lease agreements, rental agreements, and other legal documents.
- Prepare and maintain property budgets, financial reports, and records.
- Handle tenant complaints, maintenance requests, and emergency situations in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee move-in and move-out procedures, including inspections and security deposit refunds.
- Supervise on-site personnel, including maintenance staff, leasing agents, and administrative assistants.
- Ensure that all properties are clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of property management laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and RentManager software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
