Communications Intern
Job Posting for Communications Intern at Hovione
You will be responsible to:
- Assist with content creation for various internal communication channels, including TVs, intranet articles, and internal social media platforms.
- Assist with the development and execution of internal communication campaigns across various channels.
- Research and develop engaging content formats (e.g., videos, infographics) to effectively communicate company news, updates, and initiatives.
- Support the planning, logistics, and execution of internal events, such as town halls, team-building activities, celebrations, and awareness days.
- Assist with maintaining and updating internal communication resources and platforms.
- Help with on-site video and photography to amplify NJ site presence.
- Help create employee engagement with NJ site.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the internal communications team.
We are looking to recruit a Candidate:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field (or recent graduate).
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Creative and resourceful with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work in a face-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with event planning and execution is a plus
- Familiarity with internal communication best practices.
