Hovione is expanding in New Jersey and is seeking a driven team-oriented Talent Specialist to support this growth. Reporting to the Director of HR, this position is responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle in the U.S. including managing stakeholder relationships, candidate sourcing, selection, interviewing, scheduling, candidate care and offer management. A high emphasis is placed on meeting recruitment goals in a timely and cost-effective manner with the highest quality of candidates.
You will be responsible to::
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for vacancies in the US market.
- Drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation, advising business partners and HR colleagues.
- Partner with stakeholders involved in the hiring process to understand recruitment needs and anticipate/propose the best sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Leverage company’s assessment methodology and tools for objective candidate evaluation.
- Participate in transversal projects with the Talent team globally
- Assist the HR Director with management of the recruitment budget and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
- Steward professional candidate care throughout the recruiting lifecycle
- Manage the company’s Candidate Referral Program.
- Maintain the company’s recruitment-related systems to ensure the most current data and KPIs are available on a consistent basis.
- Identify internship and coop opportunities with local universities
- Identify, set up and participate in different external and internal activities that contribute to Hovione’s employer branding (career fairs, events, conferences, pipelining programs, job fairs, etc.)
- Leverage social media and digital branding in line with corporate guidelines to engage with talent communities.
- BS/BA Degree in Human Resources, Business Management
- 3 years recruitment experience, with expertise in sourcing are required
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry a plus
- Prior use of recruiting tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and iCIMS
- Proven success with sourcing and pipeline management
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proven results-oriented work experience in a competitive, fast paced industry.
- Self-starter who can lead projects independently, yet collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to drive tasks to completion by deadlines while executing with excellence.
