Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and goals.

2. Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property showings for clients, providing expert guidance and assistance throughout the viewing process.

3. Offer Negotiation: Assist clients in preparing and presenting offers, leveraging market insights and negotiation skills to achieve favorable terms.

4. Transaction Management: Manage all aspects of the transaction process, including coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closing procedures to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.

5. Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads provided by the team, qualifying prospects, and converting them into active clients.

6. Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and community members to expand referral networks and generate new business opportunities.

7. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:
