We are currently hiring a Full-Time Optical Quality Control/Breakage Analyst – 1st Shift.
*Work schedule is:
12 Hour Shifts (Schedules and shift assignments may be subject to change based upon business needs)
Crew 1 = 6:00am to 6:00pm (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday)
6:00am to 12:00pm (Wednesday)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prioritizing of work based on start dates while following standard operating procedures
Analyze quality patters and track reasons for errors by department, area and employee.
Expediting priority work to other departments
Determine re-workability of defective work.
Prepare and process any lens that need to be reworked
Fill in any areas of the process when needed
Cross-Train in other positions
Keep work areas clean
PRODUCTION AND QUALITY GOALS
Process all wastage prior to end of shift.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
High School Diploma
2 years of Optical Experience
Understanding and adhering to all Hoya standards
Knowledge in the area analyzing
Quality Control
