As the full-time Care Coordinator Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Care Coordination and Crisis Services as well as the Director of Project Implementation. Together, you will play a pivotal role in program development and evaluation during the critical first year of implementation. Your input and expertise will help determine our community's needs and shape our services' direction for maximum impact. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training care coordination supervisors and initial staff. Your management will be instrumental in building a strong and capable team to deliver essential support to those in need!
