Join the growing and thriving HP Anyware team, within HP Inc! Our team is working to bring simple and secure access to remote compute to an ever expanding customer base and use cases. Our goal is to take overhead out of hybrid work and bring joy to using remote compute.
This role is a product owner for the Anyware Manager SaaS.
Responsible for designing, developing and managing activities for a specific software product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Individuals in these roles may have responsibilities across multiple software engineering disciplines of which the goal is the development of creative, industry-leading, software services and solutions.
Responsibilities:

Lead and influence a cross functional team to ensure the team delivers products that meet business requirements/needs and delivers business and operational value to customers.

Ensure product road-map and vision are communicated to the development team.

Break down and prioritize delivery of products and features by developing and maintaining the product backlog, user stories, and cross-product dependencies.

Elicit, identify, document, and refine requirements from business problems to detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that may include technical requirements.

Proactively manage, communicate and collaborate with product managers, other product owners, scrum masters, developers, QA, and other team members to analyze information and functional requirements, advocate the development process through to implementation, and ensure the delivered product meets business needs.

Track and report on team work completed, capacity, backlog, velocity, etc.

Contributes to technology strategy and engineering roadmaps around software engineering; execute strategic software engineering proof of concepts.
Knowledge & Skills:

Advanced technical knowledge of complex software systems, including enterprise, middleware, firmware, and embedded systems.

Strong experience in software development, systems engineering, or software general.

Expert business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection.

Extensive experience with multiple software applications design tools and languages; excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Evaluating forms and processes for software applications testing and methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.

Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels.

Education & Experience:

SAFe POPM certification or similar.

Bachelor's degree in relevant area or demonstrated competence. Typically 5-10 years of General/owner experience.
