Responsibilities:
- Resolving technically complex problems for some of the largest financial institutions in the world in conjunction with our engineering staff
- Leveraging your strong communication, troubleshooting, and technical skills to interface with customers and find solutions
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email and web
- Diagnosing problems and providing workarounds to customers
- Engaging and immersing yourself into the engineering team to expedite problem resolution and deliver the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar field
- Experience supporting business critical applications
- Ability and initiative to complete tasks and solve problems autonomously
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong Linux systems administrator skills
- Experience with Python and Shell scripting
- Understanding of networking technologies and protocols (TCP, switch configuration, routing)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with C programming
- Understanding of FPGAs
- Experience with Agile methodologies
