Seeking Master Farmer to create farming operations for 35 acre farm in Portland Oregon.
We are seeking to plant high yielding crops that maximize price per square foot.
Pay and bonuses will be based on production and contracts with distributors.
Expertise dealing with and setting up distribution channels, contracts and global operations.
Experience in hiring and managing farm hands.
Proven track record in building farm operation systems.
Proven track record in scaling farming operations in a short period.
Broad knowledge on different cash crops.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship
Pay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay

- Portland, OR: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Master's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Farming: 10 years (Preferred)
