Real Estate Property Management Company for Affordable Housing

The Office Administrator position is the front end/first contact for our organization. Interested parties must have a courteous demeanor, the ability to interact efficiently and effectively with the public, with tenants, with colleagues and with our appointed volunteer Board. A sincere affinity with our mission of providing safe, decent, affordable housing to low- and moderate-income families is vital to this position. The office administrator is responsible for all functions related to rent collection and accounts payable. A strong fluency with accounting practices is essential. Additionally, the position involves responding to tenant and applicant needs as well as property maintenance functions, including but not limited to: tracking and managing tenant work orders, ordering materials from vendors, interacting with prospective applicants and processing applications. Additional key skills include the ability to juggle multiple tasks, proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, attention to detail and inherently strong organizational skills. Minimum educational & work requirements: Associate degree and 5 years professional administrative experience. HQM Properties.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
