Duties To Include:

• Evaluate and validate incoming raw materials.
• Development of quality inspection processes to promote lean manufacturing.
• Maintain existing protocols and documentation processes.
• Testing of incoming, in-process, and final inspections of all resins and products produced.
• Maintain automotive IATF16969 and A2LA quality standards, rules and regulations within company databases.
• Provide product data of final status.
• Perform measurements with mechanical inspection tools; digital calipers, etc.
• Conduct routine and random analysis of raw materials, in-process and finished product formulations using SOPs and GMPs.
• Assist with the laboratory test equipment calibration program.

Supervisory Duties:

• Assist with developing and maintaining an effective workforce through selection, training, compensation, motivation, termination, and review of employees.
• Develop and maintain employee relations, in accordance with company policy.

Requirements:

• Steel Toed Boots
• High school Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Your own Transportation
• A Clean Background with NO Felony Conviction
• Able to Pass an Employment Drug Screen
• Periodic Random Drug Screens
• 2 years of Previous Quality Control Inspection experience Required.
• Minimum of 1 year of Prior Supervisory or Management experience Required
• Quality Control Certification / Associates Required.
• Demonstrable experience with Quality Laboratory measuring equipment Required.
