Job Posting for Payroll Administrator at HR Collaborative

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to perform all payroll functions, including data entry and reporting. With a solid background in payroll, you will work to ensure accuracy for all payroll processes and reports as well as solving any employee-related issues that may arise. You will also get to work in an open environment where individuals are given the freedom to work autonomously and are fully supported by the team.

This is a direct-hire, full-time position that will allow for some hybrid work in response to the pandemic.

As a Payroll Administrator, you will:
  • Manage and process payroll requests while ensuring a high level of accuracy
  • Compile and organize payroll reports and employee files
  • Address any payroll issues that may arise through taking a proactive approach
  • Recommend new payroll strategies to management to increase efficiency and improve productivity
You will need:
  • 2 years of payroll related experience
  • Bachelors degree in business-related field preferred
  • Experience with HR system
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Proficient in data entry
  • Experience with Paylocity is a plus
