Project Manager

ABOUT THE JOB:

The Project Manager role will drive Tyler New Media's projects moving effectively and efficiently. This role will have full insight into projects, be able to work with all levels of staff, and have intricate knowledge of project status' at all times.

What You’ll Be Doing

● Coordinates with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules

● Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues

● Submit project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards

● Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information

● Establish effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution

● Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget

● Identify and develop new opportunities with clients

● Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables

● Manage customer satisfaction within the project transition period

● Conduct post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements

About You

● You have a proven experience in project management

● You have the ability to lead project teams of various sizes and guide them in seeing projects through to completion

● Structure and processes guide your way of thinking and being

● You’re a continuous learner who seeks to continuously improve, personally and professionally

● You have an innate ability to communicate with people of different levels by tailoring your communication appropriately

● You are not a technical project manager

● Enjoy working on a driven team that is continuously expanding its impact

● You have a bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a related field

● You have 5-year experience or more on a related field

● You are a master of project budgets and have vast experience managing them

It’s a nice plus if you have

● Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
