Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Answer and screen phone calls, taking messages and routing calls as necessary
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Assist with personal tasks such as running errands and managing household needs
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Computer Savy
- Knowlage using execell
- Go getter
-Proper phone etiquette
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
- Familiarity with DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms
- Ability to transcribe meeting notes accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
