McMinn County TN manufacturer seeking experienced Solidworks CAD Drafter/Designer for a fast paced, production oriented environment.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Update existing part prints and work cooperatively on evolving projects with management and manufacturing personnel, etc., coordinate part prints with production.
- Work with others as a team member and as an individual with limited supervision, on numerous projects.
- Maintain part drawing database.
- Integrate part drawings with product schematics, create new and update existing operating instructions.
- Review/check design work produced by co-workers, subcontractors and clients.
- Understanding and willingness to become proficient at material selection and effects of the manufacturing processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 500 hours SolidWorks experience preferred/Experience with ProE is acceptable
- Proficient with SolidWorks 2013 and/or later
- Must be able to create 3D drawings utilizing limited information with speed and accuracy
- Must be able to utilize translated files created in AutoCAD
PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures.rm opportunity with competitive salary and benefits.
