Key Responsibilities:
- Confidently and proficiently perform essential functions consistently.
- Work on road and airport projects, demonstrating versatility in construction environments.
- Clean joints effectively using pressure washing, sandblasting, and compressed air before sealing operations.
- Expertise in removing old sealant manually, understanding its impact on the final product's quality.
- Utilize jackhammers for concrete removal to prepare spall repair, ensuring readiness for concrete or alternative fast-setting products.
- Knowledge of proper material mixing and pouring spall material into cavities, maintaining high-quality spall finish.
- A valid driver's license is a must.
- Willingness and ability to travel as this position is nearly 100% travel.
- Strong teamwork skills and effective communication with respect to colleagues.
- Trustworthy and dependable, consistently meeting deadlines.
