SAVECO North America – Purchasing Specialist

SAVECO North America is looking for a Purchasing Specialist to quote, buy, and expedite parts for inventory in the Water Recycling and Reclamation Industry.  

 

We’ll rely on your expertise to monitor and adjust reorder points as necessary to match sales projections and trends and replenish shortages.  

 

And you’re not just staring at a computer all day! You’ll use your strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with our vendors! 

 

Finally, you’ll work on international and domestic projects, maintaining the necessary records and working with the team to ensure we meet our production schedules and strengthen/build our customer relationships.

You’ll work directly with the Supply Chain Manager, we use the Sage50 ERP system, you’ll work independently, there will be a lot of variety in the job and your expertise will be appreciated and respected! 

 

What it takes to succeed: 

 

All you need is 2 years’ OEM buying experience (more is better!), and a strong professional/customer focused approach to the job. Sage (ERP) experience is also a big plus!
