What you ll do:
- Review client workforce data in Excel spreadsheets for completeness and accuracy
- Identify data irregularities and prepare questions to resolve them
- Conduct analyses on data in Excel and AAP-specific software programs
- Apply principles of affirmative action and equal opportunity employment compliance when reviewing and analyzing data
- Develop tools to assist clients with compliance
- Prepare AAP materials for clients going through OFCCP audits
- Enter data into EEO-1 and VETS on-line reporting systems
- Research Department of Labor regulations
- Assist project managers by preparing ad hoc reports or researching questions from clients
- Work in a team environment to ensure timely completion of projects
What you ll need:
- Intermediate proficiency with Excel; HRIS experience desired
- Experience working with data sets (sample sizes up to 10,000 and as many as 50 variables)
- Experience related to affirmative action, human resources and/or recruiting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Holds a BS or BA degree
