Responsibilities and Duties:
- First Point of Contact: Manage incoming calls and guide callers to the appropriate departments with clarity and professionalism.
- Hospitality Expertise: Extend a warm welcome to visitors, ensuring they feel valued and well-assisted.
- Office Coordination: Assist supervisors with general office needs, demonstrating your reliability and resourcefulness.
- Message Management: Accurately take and relay messages for various personnel, maintaining clear communication channels.
- Information Provider: Supply callers with accurate company details, including address, directions, website, and more.
- Efficient Mail Handling: Sort and forward incoming mail, ensuring seamless correspondence flow.
- Publication Maintenance: Manage and route publications, contributing to a well-organized workspace.
- Data Entry: Input received inventory into our ERP system with accuracy and precision.
- Supply Management: Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing office supplies to maintain operational efficiency.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate express mail services pick-up and delivery, showcasing your attention to detail.
- Diverse Clerical Support: Engage in scanning, photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating accounting records, displaying your versatility.

Education and Experience:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience and/or training
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior accounts payable experience
Preferred:
- 2 years of Customer Service experience
