We are working with one of the largest specialty insurance firms! We are currently seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team! This role offers training and room for growth!
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team! In this role you will be handling phone calls and emails from clients regarding their insurance policies and claims.
Responsibilities:
· Provide support to clients who have questions about their policies
· Take inquires from clients inquiring about obtaining policies
· Schedule appointments to assess equipment
· Resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Call center experience is a plus
- Strong MS Office skills
Details:
· Full Time, Shifts M-F between 8am-8pm (must be flexible between these hours)
· Pay: $21/hr
