Position Overview: Mather based IT Asset Management company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Support Specialist. The ideal candidate must possess both interpersonal and analytical skills, enabling him/her to excel in both individual and team-oriented roles. This role demands a proactive approach, exceptional communication abilities, accuracy in report generating, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service within a fast-paced industrial environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Serve as a key facilitator between clients and internal operation teams promoting collaboration, efficiency, and a positive work culture.
- Analyze customer and operation issues with a keen eye for details, utilizing logical reasoning and analytical thinking to identify solutions, especially under pressure, to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Demonstrate autonomy and initiative, willing to take on responsibilities and challenges independently while navigating a dynamic corporate/industrial landscape.
- Exhibit self-motivation and a problem-solving mindset, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze real-time inventory and production data from ERP system on daily basis to produce weekly and monthly reports in Excel.
- Work with Operation groups to identify and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Ensure data integrity for each shipment processing from start to settlement according to SLAs.
- Address customers’ inquiries a
- out inventory quantity and processing status in a timely manner.
- Work on other customer support related assignments.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, with a track record of enhancing customer satisfaction and resolving complex issues.
- Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail to achieve a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members alike.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and self-direction, in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Poficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel with strong number sense.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay rate: starting at $28.00-$32.00/hour, depending on experience.

- Work Onsite: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
