Description
Our purpose -- Our group are building the next generation digital platform for Global Banking and Markets in HSBC. Our product is delivered to external users and to Sales users in over 40 countries. Our current focus has been on Cash FX execution, now we are broadening our scope to other asset classes such as FX Options and Money Markets.
Here’s what you can expect:

The Data Management Lead within Finance-North America you will implement new Data Management Controls. Ensuring compliance of new controls across the Finance function for all US applications.

Tracking compliance to Data Controls, understanding gaps and planning for and remediating gaps. Understanding Data lineage concepts with the ability to document multi system data lineage via excel and Visio.

Coordinate compliance of Data Management across all Finance IT Service owners. Responsible for optimally creating interfaces to document data linkage between systems.

Adopting and delivering using HSBC agile methodology. Must be able to work independently and have intellectual curiosity.
For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $111,200 and $166,800.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

To be successful in this role:

You will have Bachelor’s Degree required, engineering/technical degree preferred with minimum 10 years of relevant hands on IT experience.

You’ll bring Minimum of 10 last years of hands on application development team background.

You will be Excellent in SQL and Working experience with Scaled Agile

You’ll have Ability to effectively / confidently communicate complex concepts in speaking / writing, with team members.
