Type of Hire: Contract W2 (No C2C) 10 years only
Roles & Responsibilities
Should have At least 6 Years of Experience in Oracle HCM as a Technical Consultant
Must have experience in integration
Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical
Should be an expert in HCM Extracts
knowledge in EBS HRMS would be a value-add
Good in outbound integrations
BI Reports HDL knowledge
Prior Experience of Implementing Cloud HCM Core Module & Help Desk
Prior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
Prior Experience of Multi-Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration
Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions, and functional setups.
Prior experience conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis
Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantage
