Responds to help desk tickets and works with vendorsupport contacts to resolve technical problems with desktopcomputing equipment and software.
Note : Contractors will be required to work .
The Desktop Support Techniciansupports inhouse teams
Ensures desktop computersinterconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associatedvalidation systems file servers email servers computer conferencingsystems application servers and administrative systems.
