Accounting Admin II Summary:

Supports the Corporate Director of Customer Financial Services and other Administrative Accountants by performing accounts payable applications and other administrative office duties as needed.

Accounting Admin II Responsibilities:

  • Processes vendor invoices through JDE Accounts Payable System.
  • Performs daily balancing of the Accounts Payable ledger to the general ledger.
  • Responsible for Accounts Payable batch balancing and posting daily.
  • Responsible for filing unpaid vouchers for comparison to the Accounts Payable check runs daily.
  • Proofs incoming travel expense reports to the current company travel policy.
  • Assists with monthly petty cash reports by location.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned by Supervisor and works on special projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of accounting experience

Accounting Admin II Qualifications:

  • Must be a team player
  • Must be able to work with others but also work independently
  • Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Experience with JD Edwards
